This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal data we collect, how we use them, with whom we share them, and how we protect personal data collected from users of our services and visitors to our website (hereinafter: Users). This Privacy Policy is a supplement to our General Terms for providing the NetTV Plus service (hereinafter: Service) regarding privacy protection and personal data.

In addition, this Policy also applies to our sub-agents who act as natural persons in support of sales activities for the Service (sub-agents).

Who we are: Under applicable data protection laws, we, EON TV International Ltd, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Cyprus, with its registered office at Emmanouil Xanthou 13, Makedonitissa, Nicosia 2415, Cyprus, represent the data controller providing the Service.

Most often, these are basic personal data that you have provided when purchasing the service or that our sub-agents have provided when establishing a business relationship with them.

We also use the personal data of our sub-agents to take steps in connection with the establishment of a business relationship, as well as the conclusion and performance of contracts.

All personal data are strictly collected and processed so we can provide the service at your request or perform the contract (including a free trial period, monthly subscription, 3, 6, 12, or 24-month subscription, or any other payment plan). The processing of personal data for the above purposes is necessary for the performance of the contract or steps taken before entering into the contract, based on the User’s request. If you refuse to provide the specified personal data, we will not be able to provide you with the Service.

Regarding the processing of your payments made through our website, we would like to emphasize that we only store the first six and last four digits of your credit card number, the expiration date, and the name of the cardholder (this data will be visible on your self-care account). This is done to allow you to recognize which card you have entered on your account and to conduct an initial verification to prevent any misuse. For processing payments through the website, we use the services of our partner, a world-renowned company in the field, which has implemented the highest security standards in its operations.

Based on legitimate interest, we process personal data to identify and rectify issues or errors in providing the service and to detect and prevent fraud and misuse (preventing multiple uses of free bonuses or preventing and detecting piracy). To detect potential misuse or errors, we will contact you based on the data you provided. On the other hand, you can also contact us in case you suspect that there has been a misuse of your data.

For legitimate interest, we may contact you regarding your use of the Service to ensure that you are satisfied with the Service you are using. Your data will also be used for marketing purposes and promotional activities.

  1. Data processors To provide you with the service and protect your data, we work with several data processors.

When processing personal data for service, we work with a company from the Netherlands (owner of the platform) and other service providers from different countries. We have signed contracts with each of these service providers, through which they guarantee a high level of data protection for you. Here are our data processors:

Broadband TV News Ltd, 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PY, the United Kingdom, is responsible for the distribution of channels through its platform.

Blu Telecommunications Ltd, a limited liability company, with its registered office at 11 Athalassas Avenue, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus, is responsible for the distribution of channels through the Internet.

Cerberus Networks Ltd, a limited liability company, with its registered office at 55 Regent St, 16th Floor, London W1B 3HH, the United Kingdom, is responsible for the delivery of our free trial period. They will contact you during the free trial period to help you set up and use the Service.

Netmobius Inc., a limited liability company, with its registered office at 2035 Sunset Lake Rd. Newark, DE 19702, USA, is responsible for enabling and monitoring the free trial period. They will contact you during the free trial period to help you set up and use the Service.

Stripe, Inc. The company Stripe is responsible for online payment processing. This company is based in the USA, and its services are in line with all relevant requirements in relation to data protection.

We have signed contracts with each of these service providers, through which they guarantee a high level of data protection for you.

  1. Data retention period We store your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. As soon as the purposes for which we collected the data are fulfilled, we will permanently delete the data. The storage period depends on the type of data and the legal basis for its collection. As a rule, we process personal data:

Based on the contract, and we store it as long as we have a valid contract with you. After the contract expires, we will store the data for another 24 months. After this period, we will permanently delete the data.

Based on legitimate interest, we will store it for 36 months.

Based on legal obligations, we store data based on relevant laws and regulations.

In case you have provided us with consent for data processing, you can withdraw the consent at any time. After the consent is withdrawn, we will no longer process your data, which were processed based on this consent.
